Doxly has implemented processes intended to protect user information and maintain security of data that we process. Each account holder is assigned a unique username and password, which is required to access their account. It is your responsibility to protect the security of this login information. As part of the Doxly services, we store financial data as well as employee utilization information. We respect the privacy of all users, and consider all data that is collected to be private. Doxly may access this data only for the purpose of providing the Doxly Services, preventing or addressing service or technical problems, at a Customer’s request in connection with customer support matters, or as may be required by law. Doxly will not distribute or sell your information to a 3rd party, except as disclosed in this policy. When you utilize the Doxly Service globally, data is submitted and transferred into the United States and you hereby consent to such transfer.
Doxly collects information under the direction of its clients, and has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal data it processes. We collect information for our clients, if you are a customer of one of our clients and would no longer like to be contacted by one of our clients that use our service, please contact the client that you interact with directly.
Doxly may transfer personal information to companies that help us provide our service. Transfers to subsequent third parties are covered by the provisions in this policy regarding notice and choice and the service agreements with our clients.
Doxly has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal data it processes. An individual who seeks access, or who seeks to correct, amend, or delete inaccurate data should direct his query to Doxly’s client, the data controller. If the client requests Doxly to remove the data, we will respond to their request within 30 business days.
We collect email addresses from those who contact us via email, and ask for information such as your email address and name when you sign up for an account with Doxly. The information we collect is not distributed or sold to a 3rd party. It will only be used to communicate with you about your Doxly account, and where needed as part of certain Doxly features. You may update, change or delete your account information at any time by accessing your information on your account or contact us at https://doxly.com/company/ or by contacting us by telephone or postal mail at the contact information listed below. We will respond to your request to access personal information within 30 days.
We will retain your information and personal information we process on behalf of our clients for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services to our client. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

WEB SERVER LOGS
For statistical purposes, Doxly will gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. These log files contain standard information collected by web servers, such as client IP addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), operating system, etc. This information is only used internally, and is not distributed or sold to a 3rd party. Doxly uses this information, which does not identify individual users, to analyze trends, to administer the Doxly website and to gather demographic information about its user base as a whole. Doxly does not link this automatically collected data to personal information.
Technologies such as cookies, beacons, tags and scripts are used by Doxly and our marketing partners, affiliates, or analytics or customer service providers. These technologies are used in analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users’ movements around the site and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole. We may receive reports based on the use of these technologies by these companies on an individual as well as aggregated basis.
BEHAVIORAL TARGETING / RE-TARGETING

We give you the opportunity to use integration services by logging into your existing tools. This service will authenticate your identity and provide you the option to share certain personal information to use with the Doxly service.

You can always choose not to provide information, even though it might be needed to use the services provided on the Site. You can also add or update certain information. We give you access to certain information about you or your account and your interactions with our website for the limited purpose of viewing and, in certain cases, updating that information. The ability to add or update certain information will change as our Site evolves. When you update information, we may keep a copy of the previous version for our records.
RIGHT TO REVIEW
To the extent required under applicable law, you have the right to request a copy of the personally identifiable information that we hold about you and to have any inaccuracies corrected. (We reserve the right to charge for information requests and require you to prove your identity with 2 pieces of approved identification). We will use reasonable efforts to supply, correct or delete personally identifiable information about you on our files.
RETENTION OF INFORMATION
We will hold your personally identifiable information on our systems for as long as is necessary for the relevant activity, or as long as is set out in any relevant contract you hold with Doxly, or pursuant to Doxly’s corporate retention schedule (a standard that defines which documents should be kept and for how long). If you cancel your Doxly membership, some personally identifiable information is deleted immediately, and any remaining personally identifiable information cannot be used. The remaining personally identifiable information stays on the system for a period up to one year for administration purposes before being deleted or anonymized for analytical purposes. You do reserve the right to submit a written request to delete any of the remaining personally identifiable information along with additional meta data stored about your organization or users. Upon receipt of such a written request, we will promptly delete all of your personally identifiable information along with additional meta data stored.
COMPLIANCE WITH CHILDREN’S ONLINE PRIVACY PROTECTION ACT
The Doxly website and Doxly services are not intended for children under the age of 18 nor do we knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. As a business service, Doxly does not target its offering toward, and does not knowingly collect any personal information from, users under thirteen (13) years of age.
